3-Mechanical Adjustments: The upper roll bearing is balanced by a compression spring to apply a uniform and constant pressure on the product. Furthermore, the gap between the rolls is precisely adjusted from the top using a power screw to control the final dimensions of the product.
4-Product Stability: To accurately hold and guide the product during rolling, side guides are installed on both sides of the roughing stand housing. These guides secure the guide boxes in place and prevent the product from deviating.
