Key Production Processes
Our production line consists of advanced and integrated stages, covering everything from sponge iron production to the final rolling of steel sections. These processes are executed using robust and powerful industrial machinery in accordance with global standards. Below, we describe the main components of our production line:
1. Sponge Iron Production This initial stage forms the basis for producing high-quality steel. The process includes:
Raw Material Silos: Secure and precise storage of raw materials such as iron ore and coal.
Material and Additive Charging Systems: Automatic and accurate transfer of materials into the furnace to prevent waste and increase efficiency.
Rotary Kiln Fuel and Air Supply Systems: Providing the necessary fuel and oxygen for chemical reactions in the rotary kiln, which ensures a high and controlled temperature.
Rotary Kiln and Cooling Device: The rotary kiln is used for the direct reduction of iron ore into sponge iron, with a cooling system to maintain product quality.
Magnetic Separators: Precise separation of sponge iron from impurities using advanced magnetic technology.
Electrical, Instrumentation, and Product Transfer Systems: Continuous monitoring of electrical and mechanical parameters and transfer of the product to the next stages with minimal loss. This unit, with its high capacity and precise control, guarantees the production of high-purity sponge iron.
2. Steelmaking
After sponge iron production, the material moves to the steelmaking stage. Here, the sponge iron is melted, and with the addition of alloying elements, crude steel with the desired mechanical properties is produced. Our steelmaking process uses modern methods like the electric arc furnace or direct reduction to maximize energy efficiency and quality.
3. CCM (ریختهگری پیوسته)
After sponge iron production, the material moves to the steelmaking stage. Here, the sponge iron is melted, and with the addition of alloying elements, crude steel with the desired mechanical properties is produced. Our steelmaking process uses modern methods like the electric arc furnace or direct reduction to maximize energy efficiency and quality.
3. CCM (Continuous Casting Machine) In the continuous casting stage, molten steel is cast into standard billets or blooms. This process includes:
Transfer of Molten Metal: From the furnace to the continuous molds.
Controlled Cooling: To prevent cracking.
Automatic Cutting: And transfer to temporary storage. This method increases productivity and minimizes waste.
4. Hot Rolling of Steel Sections The final stage of the production line is hot rolling, which transforms billets into final steel sections like rebar, beams, and profiles. Key equipment includes:
Roughing Stand: For initial shaping and thickness reduction.
Roughing Gearbox: Precise power transmission for uniform rolling.
Recuperator: Heat recovery for energy savings.
